Just a few words to relate my experience with Boca West Realty and Mallory McCabe.

Before we dealt with Boca West Realty the previous agency did very little.Once Mallory took over she passed many clients through my home and came up with 3 offers each larger than the previous. The end result was she sold our house way above the asking price. We were very pleased with her great and courteous service and would highly recommend her.
